President
Gary offers his customers a full-service shop that not only sells new equipment, but services and troubleshoots any problems they may have. Most importantly, he makes recommendations that are appropriate for the project. Gary joined Belknap in 1977 as a service technician and purchased the company in 1990. Born and raised in Western New York, Gary believes in his community and supports local organizations.

Craig has been with Belknap for 9 years, has worked in the HVAC field for 11, and has worked his way up from Install Lead to Business Development Manager. Before Belknap, Craig spent 11 years in the United States Marine Corp, medically separating with the rank of Staff Sergeant, and two years with another HVAC company. In the 11 years, he has in the HVAC field, he has installed almost every type of heating and cooling equipment available to residential customers. He uses this knowledge to ensure our customers get what they need and want for their homes.
Office Manager
Dawn has been with Belknap for 12 years, has been the HVAC field as an Office Manager for the past 26 years. Dawn is the company problem solver and able to use her knowledge in the field to get answers. She oversees office operations, vendor relations, facilities, purchasing, HR coordination and special projects for the company. She excels at developing systems to improve efficiency, cut costs, and optimize workflows. She is known for her transparency and empathy and treats everyone as she would want her family treated.

Service Director
Kyle has been with Belknap for 9 years. Kyle attended Erie 1 BOCES for HVAC. He started as a service technician and worked his way up to Service Director. Kyle is in charge of the service department. One of Kyle’s major duties is to talk to customers and give them options. Go over the pros and cons and help guide customers with their questions and decisions.

Sales
Scott has been with Belknap for more than 38 years. Scott started in the Fabrication Shop, moved to new construction, design and build/ remodels, replacements, and light commercial. Scott was Install Manager for 25 years and was responsible for the installation of new systems in existing and new homes, taking the time to carefully discuss with you the best process for your home when installing a new system, ensuring you understood the whole process. Scott reviewed each system to ensure the installation was done according to Belknap’s industry-leading standards. Scott has moved into Sales using is years of Knowledge to make sure the Customer gets a quality Heating and Cooling System.

Dispatch/ Warranty /Service
Mark is generally the first person you will be in contact with. He has been with Belknap 19 years, and was previously a service tech. He will handle your phone calls for scheduling your maintenance calls to emergency No Heat or No Cooling calls and everything in between. Mark is the warranty administrator and handles registering your new equipment with the manufacturers to submitted any warranty claims. Mark understands that having a problem with your equipment is very important to you, determines the urgency, and works to coordinate the proper technician to get you the best outcome.

Install Supervisor
A Batavia NY native, Brad started his career in the automotive industry as a Collision technician. Brad owned his own detailing business for about 5 years until 2020. Brad joined the Belknap family in June of 2021 with the drive to learn a new trade. His managerial and technical background made him a good fit and is now one of our Install department Supervisors. He works directly with customers, to ensure they get exactly what they purchased, to make sure it’s done in a neat, and professional manner.

Service Supervisor/ Trainor
Howard is the company’s senior lead technician. Howard has 40+years as a service technician, and is respectfully known as Dr Howard. His vast knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, ductless systems, heat pumps, generators is second to none. He has built his reputation on keeping up with the new technology and learning as much as he can and being able to pass on his legacy to the next generation of service technicians, as both we are preparing for his much-deserved retirement.
